COVID-19 Procedures

What are you doing to ensure the health and safety of your customers and employees during the COVID-19 outbreak?

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to impact the health and well-being of individuals, communities, and businesses around the world, we are taking extra steps to ensure the health and safety of associates and customers. This includes increased facility cleaning, providing more access to hand sanitizers, and adjustments to our facility configuration to create appropriate distance between employees. We are also encouraging all of our employees to be mindful of their health, and embrace healthy habits such as increased hand washing to slow the spread of the virus.

Will you be limiting/ceasing operations at all during this outbreak?

All Deliverish facilities will continue to operate normally unless otherwise noted. For those who have purchased pallets, all delivery drivers will be minimizing contact with customers during the delivery process. Drivers will still perform a threshold delivery but will ask the customers to spell their names, which will be printed on the delivery receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver shipments in areas that are under “Shelter in Place” protocols, such as San Francisco and its surrounding areas, at this time.

Where does Deliverish.com source its products?

We partner directly with many of the top retailers and other suppliers in the United States. Our technology platform makes it easy to offer excess, open box, customer returns, and salvage inventory directly to you!

Are prices on Deliverish.com negotiable?

Our goal is to provide competitive pricing on all available inventory. We don’t currently negotiate pricing with individual customers. However, we are confident that when you’re buying from us, you’re getting a great deal.

Do I need to create an account on Deliverish.com?

You do not need to register to browse the site. However, in order to buy from us, you must create a Deliverish account. This will also allow you to easily access past orders and pay for merchandise in the future.

Can I buy from Deliverish.com if my business is based outside of the United States?

Yes, any business can buy from Deliverish.com as long as you ship to a US-based shipping address (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). If you plan to export items, you are responsible for ensuring they are eligible for export and that you comply with all applicable requirements. On limited occasions, certain partners prohibit shipment of items outside the United States. In such cases, we will indicate any restrictions in the listing.

Is a resale certificate required?

Deliverish requests resale certificates from all customers; however, only customers shipping to DC or Tennessee are required to provide a resale certificate prior to placing an order. Please email all resale certificates to info@deliverish.com and allow 1 business day for us to verify your account. You will receive an email once your account has been approved.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchases?

You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes. Deliverish is required to collect sales tax in certain states unless we have a copy of your reseller certificate. In states where we are not required to collect sales tax, however, you may still be responsible to that state for sales tax on your online purchases. Deliverish orders shipped to Texas include a sales tax. If we do not have your resale certificate on file, we will pre-authorize a hold on sales tax owed and charge the tax within 3 days after your order is placed. To ensure that you are not charged for sales tax for shipments to these jurisdictions, please email your resale certificate to info@deliverish.com before placing your order or within 72 hours after placing it.

What payment methods does Deliverish.com accept?

We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, and PayPal Credit (formerly Bill Me Later). PayPal Credit provides you the flexibility to pay for purchases over time. To pay with PayPal Credit, select the PayPal option at checkout and choose PayPal Credit as your preferred method of payment. If you have never checked out with PayPal credit, you will have to go through a quick approval process.

Can I buy truckloads of inventory from Deliverish?

Yes, our Deliverish Enterprise Team is dedicated to building custom truckloads for high-volume buyers.

Is your checkout secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to encrypt and keep your personal and financial data safe when it is transmitted during the checkout process.

How often is inventory listed?

New inventory is listed daily at 11am, 2pm and 5pm ET.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping on all orders is Free!

Where does Deliverish ship?

We will ship to any street or mailing address in the contiguous United States.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days following order confirmation and payment.

How can I check on the status of my order?

We include tracking links in shipping confirmation emails. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours after the order has shipped to be fully trackable.

Conditions

What product conditions does Deliverish.com offer?

All devices are tested and 100% fully functional. Mobile/Wireless devices have clean IMEI's and clean ESN's.

Excellent: Lightly used. The device will show little to no wear. Tested and fully functional.

Very Good: Small signs of use with light scratches on the front and back and possible wear on the edges. Tested and fully functional.

Good: Moderate wear/scratching from normal use. May have some chipping on edges, small dings on bezel, and very minor screen burn. Tested and fully functional.

Acceptable: Moderate to heavy wear and tear. May have scratches, scuffs, dings, chips, and screen burn. Tested and fully functional.

Refunds & Disputes

What if I have an issue with the merchandise I receive?

Feel free to contact us at any time at info@deliverish.com if you have any questions, comments or product requests. We will generally respond to you within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. We encourage all of our customers to contact us with any questions or concerns!

Auctions

How do I participate in Deliverish Auctions?

Participating in Deliverish Auctions is easy. Go to the Auctions page and find a lot you want to bid on. Then, follow the steps to place a bid. If you win the auction, you will be notified via email with instructions to complete your order. Your purchase must be completed within 2 business days.

Can I place multiple bids during the auction?

Yes, you may bid on as many items as you'd like, and continue to re-enter your bid amount until closing. For example: You've been outbid and wish to increase your most recent bid. Note: You will be billed for the highest bid amount that you submitted on a given item.

What forms of payments are accepted?

We accept all major U.S. credit cards, PayPal, and PayPal Credit. For Full Truckloads (FTL), we also accept wire payments. All FTL payments are non-refundable once Deliverish reserves the inventory for sale.

How will I know if win an auction?

If you win an auction, you will be notified via email and receive a link to complete your purchase. You can also complete your purchase. You must complete your purchase within 2 business days.

What happens if I don’t pay in time?

Any incomplete payments will be recorded in your account history and your standing on Deliverish may be impacted.

What if I bid and then decide that I no longer want to participate in the auction event?

Retracting your bid is not permitted.

How can I monitor the status of my bids during an auction event?

You will receive an email from Deliverish notifying you of the status of your bids. Alternatively, you can check your watchlist page to stay up-to-date on all of your bids.

Why do some lots have the option to “Add to Cart” and some don’t?

Select inventory in the auction can also be purchased instantly for a reserve price.
